In my classroom, I always have a Spotlight Student of the week. The kids love this time to shine! They bring in 5 things that are special to them and share with the class. They also get to sit on the couch during this week and pick a friend to sit with them. Charlotte was so excited when it was her turn! She brought a pillow that she made with Mama, a stuffed dog and a Rockette from our New York Christmas trip, slime because she loves slime, and something else that neither one of us can remember, lol! It was her special day and she did a wonderful job!
