Parents got the chance to join their child in band class to see what a day in band is like. Nathan loved having me there and showing me what an expert he is, lol! I also got to meet his girlfriend, Ashlyn and her parents. They were all so cute! Nathan was impressed that I could actually play his horn and sound halfway decent. I thought you just blow and noise comes out, but there is actually an art to it! It was fun to see him in his element, acting grown up in middle school. He did talk to me that morning and asked me to please not embarrass him :)
