As soon as Thanksgiving was over, it was time to get ready for Christmas! Christmas came fast this year since Thanksgiving was a little late. Once Thanksgiving was over, we had 3 weeks of school and then off for Christmas! Charlotte really wanted a small tree for her room so of course I got her one. She loved picking it out, getting the ornaments, and stringing the lights. I loved how proud she was of it. Carrie and I also got the kids matching Christmas pajamas, and Carrie helped me decorate the house and put up my lights and tree and then clean! It is always so great when she comes because she is a worker! On the first of December, Melf, Rolo, Pepper and Muffin, made their debut. They arrived in sealed containers so they could quarantine. It was actually great for Charlotte though because she could carry them around. I took a picture of her reading a book to them. So sweet! She loves them and talks to them and writes them notes. Christmas preparations aren't complete without gingerbread house decorating! First Charlotte and Jessie did them while Jessie spent the night. I knew Nathan would actually really like it too, so I got 2 more the next weekend for him and Charlotte. He's still a big kid :)
