Nathan got an official offer from Hendrix College! Hendrix is a private liberal arts school in Conway. We went for an official visit and LOVED the campus and the football staff! As of now, I don't know what Nathan will decide...if he'll choose Hendrix to play football or if he'll just go to college as a student. If he doesn't play football, he wants to go to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. His friend, Camden, down the street wants to do the same thing. We love the idea of them going together! Nathan loves football so I know he'd have fun with the intramural sports if he's not playing on the college level. But that chapter is still to be determined! While we were in Conway, we went through Little Rock to see my childhood home and eat at my FAVORITE restaurant that I used to go to with my mom when we lived there: Delicious Temptations. Carrie and I always got the turkey delight-every single time! And it's still on the menu, along with their delicious chocolate chip cookies. I even got a pint of the their yogurt dressing to bring home. I was in HEAVEN! And it was so much fun to see our old house. While we were at Hendrix, Charlotte stayed with Mama and Papa. They baked, sewed, and watched Netflix, all of her favorite things! Oh and the hotel we stayed at in Conway was actually a motel. It was completely nice, but Nathan had never stayed anywhere where the door is on the outside. It was so funny! He was so sure it was a shady place!
