Firewheel Mall with Nathan's Friends

Last Thursday our playgroup decided to meet at Firewheel Mall. It's an outdoors mall that has a cute little play area for the kids. The best part about it is that it's enclosed, so they can't escape! It was a small group: Nathan, Lauren, Thorne, and Suzy, but they had the best time!

Nathan's exact words: "Help Mommy, I stuck!"

"Be careful Thorne. Don't get stuck like me!"

The kids ran around non stop! And they were all dripping with sweat! After playing on the playground for a while, we took them to the grassy area where there's a stream. They loved throwing rocks and sticks into the water. I have no pictures though because we were too busy trying to make sure they didn't throw themselves (or each other) into the water! We then walked across the street to the pizza place for lunch.

While we were ordering, Lauren, Nathan, and Thorne made themselves right at home!

Surprisingly, they were really good! It helped that we were there right when it opened before the restaurant was too busy...and that we got a booth at the back!
