Nathan's award ceremony

Nathan is ready for 3rd grade! He had a great 2nd grade year and is learning Spanish like crazy! It's amazing but it does put extra work and pressure on all of us. I think we will be happy we stuck with it in the long run though. The great thing about the dual language program is that we are with the same group of kids every year so we have all gotten to know each other really well and special friendships have formed between the boys and moms! 

This year Nathan got an academic medal, was on the A honor roll, had perfect attendance, and was named Mr. Manners by his teachers! So proud of him! He had an 89 in math the last half of the 9 weeks and worked so hard to bring it up.
