Super Bowl Party

This year, we took it easy for the super bowl. Since Nathan is so obsessed with football, we let him invite 2 friends over. He and Wayne went to the store and got all the food and he decided he wanted to have burgers, fries, and hot dogs. Plus he picked out chips, cheese dip, two different types of cookies, more chips, Gatorade and Sprite! The boys had a great time, and Nathan was a great host! 

Sweet and Sassy Birthday Party

Charlotte got invited to a birthday party at Sweet and Sassy. The little girls got to get their hair and makeup done, do a fashion show, dance to Taylor Swift, and make lip gloss! Now guess where Charlotte wants her next party at?! She loved it all! 

Happy Birthday Grandmother

For Helen's birthday, we took her out to eat at Reunion Tower...the big ball restaurant downtown. We had such a wonderful time and the food was amazing! Nathan and Charlotte thought it was so cool to be so high up AND the the restaurant revolves! We let the two of them get up a few times and walk the circle around the restaurant and then come back. They thought they were all grown up to be able to do that. Happy Birthday grandmother! We love you so much! 

Nathans Outer Space Program

2nd grade did an outer space musical at school. It was really cute! Nathan and a few of his friends met at the school to apply green face paint and hairspray! They loved it! We had to make their costumes which was kind of a pain though. The music teacher sent a picture of the costume and how to do it but also said you could be creative and change it up. I opted NOT to be creative and did it just like the picture! When we got to the school that night, the kids had to go to their teacher's room while the parents got seated. When the kids finally came on stage, nathans headband had only one eye! It was so funny! He said they were all playing on the classroom when one came off. I told him he looked more alien like so it was a good thing!  In the 3rd and 4th pictures, he's in the top row, 3rd from the left.
