Last Sunday, we went to Lauren's 4th birthday party at the Museum of Nature and Science. Nathan was so excited to go because he knew there would be dinosaurs there! The party started in the children's area where the whole group moved from room to room enjoying all of the neat activities. Even Charlotte had fun walking around and trying new things. She's the hard one though because now that she can walk, that's all she wants to do! I had my work cut out for me trying to keep my eyes on both of them!
After rotating to all of the rooms, we went to the party room for cake. Charlotte ate her piece and Nathan's piece! And she made herself right at home and picked a chair next to her brother. She sat there like she was a big girl too!
The dinosaur exhibit wasn't in the children's area, so after the party, my friend, Pamela and I took our boys and babies upstairs to see them all. Weston and Nathan are the same age, and Weston's little brother, Wyatt is Charlotte's age. The babies were so cute together! They kept touching each other and giving high fives. It was so sweet!
Nathan was a little mad here because he had just gotten splashed with the water. He was pretty much soaked and not happy!
Nathan brought one of his dinosaurs from home (the one on the left), but then bought this one at the gift store because he wanted one just like in the exhibit. And he was such a sweet boy, I couldn't resist. There was a bigger one in the store that was $6 but then he told me he really wanted this one...it ended up being $15! Expensive taste!
