New York Day 4

Today was another full day! We began our day with our usual bagels and coffee and then headed to Central Park, making a few stops on the way. Nathan wanted to go into the NBA store which was AMAZING according to him and Daddy! Once we go to Central Park, we did a horse and carriage ride which was one of the top things on Charlotte's wish list. It was so pretty and relaxing. We did a 30 minute ride through Central Park and then walked a little bit through it too. Charlotte felt like a princess in her carriage. After that, we went to the Museum of Natural History. This museum was huge! All of the exhibits were so cool. The kids LOVED it! Then we hopped on our double decker tour bus and made our way to the Bronx to Yankee Stadium. On the way, we went through Harlem, which was really interesting. These buses give you ear buds to listen to interesting facts along the way. I was happily surprised that Nathan and Charlotte always wanted to listen to the tour while riding. They are such good tourists!!! This was the day that we were doing so much that we didn't stop to eat much. So when we got to the Bronx, we were so hungry! We ate at The Hard Rock Cafe which was pretty much connected to the stadium. We got there right before the big crowd. All of us ate a big meal and then we had snacks and dessert at the game. The game was fun because Yankees fans take their team VERY seriously. There was a group of guys behind us that kept making us laugh because of all the things they kept yelling. In their strong New York accents, they would say "You gotta be kidding me!" and "Unbelievable!" or if someone in the row in front of us was taking to long to get to their seats and blocking the view, they'd yell "Are ya ready to sit down yet?!" It was like a movie.  After the game, we got an UBER home and went straight to sleep...Charlotte wanted to take her nightly shower first though.
