Perot Museum

Last weekend, we took Nathan and Charlotte to the Perot Museum which just opened in downtown Dallas. It is a 5 story nature and science museum with tons of interactive exhibits and activities for the kids. The bottom level is dedicated just to kids. There was so much to see and do, that we are definitely going to have to go back!!!

To start our day off, we went to breakfast at IHOP. I didn't give Nathan and Charlotte breakfast when they woke up at 7:30 so by the time we got to IHOP at 9:30, they were starving! They each ate pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, and apple juice. And they ate every little bit!

I started out with the stroller, but it was a little crowded so I ditched it and just let Charlotte walk (or be carried). She was acting like such a big little girl and stayed right with Nathan and Daddy. Her favorite thing to say was, "Nay Nay, come here and see dis!" She would say it like she just couldn't believe what she was looking at. It was so cute!!

Afterwards, they were both exhausted. We spent over two hours there so they pretty much fell asleep as soon as we got into the car. It was a really fun day!

Vacations are so much fun!! Looks like Nathan and Charlotte were discovering all kinds of things at the museum. Those dinosaurs scare me. Love, Mama and Papa, and Cookie
